It’s time to relax. This video teaches you how to tense and then relax each muscle group in your body – one by one. By doing so, you can calm your mind and feel less anxious.
A calm, soothing voice will give you directions. Close your eyes and follow the instructions. Take care not to hurt yourself when tensing your muscles. You should never feel pain when completing this exercise.

Try This at Home
- You can do this exercise on your own. Lie down and start with your forehead. Simply think about each part of your body and tense and relax that muscle. Don’t forget to breathe.
